When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
COVID-19 Delays?
We are currently facing a 7 business day delay for most of our orders. Our team is diligently working to get orders out. We are working as efficiently as possible while following required guidelines to ensure the safety of our workers. Please click HERE for more information.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds or Cancellation?
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact Mary via email. Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
For for issues with original art, please contact Mary via email. Commissioned art is not eligible for return, exchange or refund (original artwork is insured at the time of shipping; insurance would refund the cost of the art+ shipping in the event of damage in transit).
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact Mary via email as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

ANIMAL COMMUNICATION
How do I schedule an appointment for a consultation with my pet/animal?
Readings are available in 30 or 60 minute times, usually on Monday evenings from 7-9:00 pm ET. To book your time click HERE.
Where do I find more information about workshops or events?
Workshops are typically offered at my farm in central Indiana during the summer. Occasionally a workshop is offered off site as a fund-raiser or for a special interest group (email Mary for more information). For the latest workshop or event details go click HERE to view my schedule.
